EFT Tapping

Welcome

We are experiencing a collective stress that inflames all the other stressors we have been carrying for any number of years.

I have witnessed in my work and personal life, many people struggling with anxiety, pain, grief and loss. It has been an honor for me to witness countless numbers of people benefit from the healing nature of EFT Tapping. You have to experience it to believe it. The results can be quite powerful.

What is EFT Tapping?

EFT Tapping is a somatic approach to facilitating change that blends Eastern and Western perspectives. When we tap on different acupressure points on the body while we are focused on something that is causing us stress or discomfort, our body and mind begin to shift and clear.

For those of you with a Qi Gong or Tai Chi practice, some of EFT Tapping will feel familiar to you. Both practices integrate beautifully with EFT Tapping.

When we use EFT Tapping in a circle, we all benefit from the collective wisdom and compassionate energy of all who sit together. We come together with something in common, and we share the space that helps us to collectively heal.

Healing Circles

Healing circles are rooted in the traditional practices of many native American tribes in the US. They are often called hocokah in the Lakota language, which means a sacred circle and is also the word for altar. The hocokah consists of people who sit together in a talking circle, in prayer, in ceremony, and are committed to helping one another and to each other’s healing. (Mehl-Madrona, L, Mainguy, B. Perm J. 2014)

In our Circle

• We gather together with kindness and respect.

• We listen to each other with patience, compassion and gentle curiosity.

• We respect each person’s confidence.

• We practice healthy boundaries in the Circle

• We practice speaking with intention and we honor everyone’s innate ability to heal themselves.
